We brought our new car in for a recall issue which turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, and required a new part that was not available locally. The dealer was able to find us a loaner car unti out to be more complicated than anticipated, and required a new part that was not available locally. The dealer was able to find us a loaner car until our car was repaired which took more than one week. Alma couldn’t have been more accommodating and helped make the situation very manageable. More
