First Subaru Experience Attending the Erie Auto show in early Feb., I met Keith @ the New Motors Subaru exhibit. His demeanor & knowledge soon put me at ease. One week late Attending the Erie Auto show in early Feb., I met Keith @ the New Motors Subaru exhibit. His demeanor & knowledge soon put me at ease. One week later, we met Keith @ the dealership for test rides & negotiations on Forrester & Outback. He & I spoke briefly on the phone last Sat., and again on Mon. Tues. afternoon we drove our New Outback home to Edinboro. Weather was bad, but the Subaru doesn't seem to mind. In discussing our experience with this dealership. my wife & I were both pleased & impressed. -And she reads people really well. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. Two weeks ago, these people were all strangers to us, but it truly felt that we were dealing with friends. Keith [sales], Allen [finance], Mike [svc], & Ryan [parts] were just Great. "Welcome to the Family." In over five decades of buying new & used cars, trucks & motorcycles, my experience @ New Motors was simply unparalleled. These people have it together.
