I picked up my car on Wednesday and Steve made sure everything went smoothly, including the installation of a remote entry and window visors. He communicated with me throughout the transactions. He was very friendly and took the time to listen to what I really wanted in a vehicle. When I came back a second time to look at the Forester on a Saturday he let me keep it to Monday. I was concerned and asked what happens if I have it and decide I don't like it come Monday? He looked at me and he basically said that's why he is letting me have it for the weekend, so you know for sure if you like it or not. If you like it that's great, if not we'll part our ways. Of course I loved it, and when it came time for price discussion, I feel he gave me the lowest price and best deal he could. More

People may have changed over the near decade, but my recent experience still offered the same quality communication and attention. Working with a Steve Dillon was a pleasure. He was extremely patient with all my questions regarding all the new features on the 2018 model. A lot has changed since 2009. I never felt rushed. Time was set aside for me and I really appreciated not feeling interrupted. Thanks for the follow up call a few days later! I still had a few more questions! And Steve was helpful in answering them for me once again. I'd recommend New Motors to anyone looking for a car rated high in quality and safety! More
