The Full Subaru Experience I came in on a rainy day expecting it to be not the best day to test drive. When I walked in right away I was greeted by Seth Murphy a car sales man, right away he asked how I and my daughter were doing and what could he help us with. My daughter and I laid it on the table of what we were looking for. This was my first time ever experiencing a Subaru and for the car to be AWD (all wheel drive). I was very excited, this past year I had been having bad luck, my previous car was totaled and I didn’t think that I would be getting a car just yet, especially a 2018. After I test drove 2 different cars I had my eyes on my mind was made up and I was satisfied. Everything I wanted from heated seats, sun roof and Bluetooth capabilities I got it in this car. I left happy, not only with the car, but with the price and also with the customer satisfaction from Seth, Allen and of course Larry the owner. I’ll definitely be back to purchase more cars from New Motors. Thanks Again, Ruby and the Johnson Family More

He wasn't pushy, and took the time to explain different options-leasing, buying a used vehicle, compared to buying a new vehicle. Allen the finance expert took a lot of time exploring different options for me. I left New Motors buying a 2015 Subaru, and actually wasn't stressed out. They made my son, and I feel comfortable with my buy. There were no fake sales pitches just straight forward down-to-earth conversation. After returning home, I mentioned to my daughter that I had been to New Motors. She said good move-they are nice people!!!! More

We decided to see what New Motors had to offer at the dealership. We were met by Kyle, who was very welcoming and helpful from the get go! He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of the questions that we had. We finished up our deal with Allen, who was also very helpful & knowledgeable. He presented us with a warranty that was much better than we expected! It just felt right from the beginning! We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle at New Motors! More

Dream Car We walked in to New Motors and told Seth exactly what we were looking for (2018 WRX STI with some add-ons). He searched other dealers and saw that no We walked in to New Motors and told Seth exactly what we were looking for (2018 WRX STI with some add-ons). He searched other dealers and saw that none had any on order that would work for us. He even offered to sell us the dealer demo car that was already on order, just a different color. We decided to just place a new order for the car we wanted and wait it out. There was no haggling as New Motors just took a chunk of money right off the top for being repeat customers (so I went ahead and ordered the STI performance exhaust with the savings). The original delivery estimate was October-November range, but it ended up arriving in Erie about mid-September. I couldn't be happier with this car, and I really appreciated the service at New Motors! It was quick, easy, and painless, and we'll have no problem going back to these folks whenever it's time for the next Subaru! More
