The dealership was okay… the salesman Eric Breda was awful. Thankfully Al is a competent sales person and fixed all Eric’s shortcomings… or so I thought. Eric flat out lied to me, he stated they would get me the wheel lock key and floor mats for the vehicle we purchased. Neither was ever provided… I wounded how the inspected the brakes when they never even had the wheel lock key?!? Stay away from this pathetic dealership, My son previously played on the same hockey team with the owners son, They seemed like good people then, too bad they turned out to be typical untrustworthy used car salesman, More

They Hit This Out of the Park This past Friday October 27th, concluded a 4 week search . Not just for my new to me F150- but for a Dealership and a salesperson. I FOUND ALL 3 AT IN This past Friday October 27th, concluded a 4 week search . Not just for my new to me F150- but for a Dealership and a salesperson. I FOUND ALL 3 AT IN NEW HUDSON MICHIGAN @ HINES PARK FORD! My search started with Car Gurus and Carfax to locate a truck , 4 possible picks. Moving on to Deal Rater- comparing Dealerships. Hines Park Ford was the top choice.( driving from Dearborn 35 miles away, I passed 17 Dealerships in my travels) Using their rating info, I was able to pick my Sales person-ALLEN OXLEY. It was a tough decision their were many to pick from, Shawn Hardy and Derrick Young-to name a few. I went on a mission to search the dealership. Everything was neat and orderly. The receptionist was polite, the parts counter was helpful with my questions, the garage was busy and extremely clean. Onto the sales, I came prepared with my detailed list of questions. Allen answered them all. I took the F150 for a test drive and inspection. After we concluded the transaction, the porter installed 3MM edged guards. Fantastic dealership, great sales person, and a beautiful 2014 Ford F150 Platinum Crewcut 4x4. As I pulled away I noticed they filled the tank with 36 gallons of gas. Thanks Allen-you made my day!
