For me he was the representative and reflection of his dealership. I was confident, rest of the process at the site will reflect him, and it did latter on. That level of confidence earned him my business before I got to the lot. At the lot, as I expected, everything was clear, prompt, upfront, no surprises, no haggle, responsive, friendly , relaxed, honest, comfortable and professional, unlike other places with old fashioned business model, underestimating customers, nonsense and twisted talk, just insisting to come and drive their car, creating more confusion, more haggle, more hassle, and waste of time; try to increamantly squeeze money from customers pocket from entering the lot to signing the contract.
