I seldom write reviews, and if I do write a review it’s a good one. However, this dealership is a total SCAM. To start, I purchased a used car from this place because I found an ad online for it. It was my f good one. However, this dealership is a total SCAM. To start, I purchased a used car from this place because I found an ad online for it. It was my first time buying a car on my own, so of course these people were going to try to take advantage of me, so I brought my dad with me. Before I get into detail, while I was waiting for the financing to be approved, someone backed into the rear panel of my car and made a GIANT dent in it. No one said anything and I didn’t notice until I got home the same day. I immediately messaged Josh G my salesman and he was weary thinking that I hit something on my way home and didn’t seem like he believed me. I told them to check their cameras and when I brought the car back to get it fixed they never told me what happened so I assume one of their employees did it. Now trying to get this dent fixed took about a month, they made me drive to the dealership 5 SEPARATE TIMES which is an hour away from me, just for the dent guy to eventually come to me and fix the dent. The last time I drove over there Josh finally felt bad and offered to fill up my gas tank, which I had just filled up before I drove over there. That was the only thing he offered to do for inconveniencing me the whole month. Anyway, while the salesman Josh G was telling us about the car and the ad that we saw, he tries to tell us right from start that there’s an automatic $1,500 “dealership package” that I have to pay for adding to the total price of the car. My dad demanded we didn’t want it and he said it’s not negotiable, it’s their dealership’s policy as to why they priced the car so cheap online. Obviously we can’t argue with that, we believed and trusted he was telling us the truth. Fast forward to signing the paperwork with just Chris (the finance manager) and myself in the room, he is flying through the paperwork, I didn’t get a chance to read anything - plus who reads ALL the fine print on these contracts anyway? I sure as xxxx will be from now on. One of the last things I had to sign, which was on an iPad was talking about their “dealership package” and clearly stated that it was OPTIONAL and was NOT required to purchase a car. The only reason I found that out was because I read reviews online after the fact and read all these horrible reviews. And turns out they scammed me just like every other person who doesn’t read the fine print and trusts the dealership isn’t lying to your face. Next, I initially did my financing through them so I could get the car that day, I then ended up getting my own financing through my bank a couple days later. The loan amount was for more than what it was when I was doing my financing through them and I didn’t catch it until after I made my first payment and realized how much the loan was. I then reached out to Chris and he admitted he messed up and left the GAP insurance on and he should’ve taken it off. So basically he owes me about $1,000. Fast forward, 3 MONTHS LATER and I STILL DON’T HAVE THE MONEY HE OWES ME. First of all, I live about an hour away from this dealership so its not like I can pop in and say where’s my money. Chris dragged me on for literally 3 months making excuses as to why my bank hasn’t gotten the check. I called around TEN TIMES to ask to speak to the general manager who conveniently is “in a meeting” EVERY TIME YOU CALL. And they ask to leave a message and for him to call you back and of course he doesn’t because he knows people are pissed off at the scam business he is running. My dad and I finally drove out of our way to go tell these people they owe me money and where is it but we still didn’t get it. They said it will be here in a couple days but I don’t believe anything they say. If possible AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEIR SCAMS. It’s unfortunate there are people like this in the world and made my first car buying experience AWFUL. If I could give zero stars I would. More

BAIT AND SWITCH!! I went in to buy a car I found advertised online for a certain price. They would not sell me the car for that price! Instead, they tried to make me pay about $1400 more because o advertised online for a certain price. They would not sell me the car for that price! Instead, they tried to make me pay about $1400 more because of "dealer ad-on" items that you can't verify they even did, like "paint protection". Don't advertise the "price" of the car if you won't sell it for that! On top of that, I came in already pre-approved with my own financing. Then they tried to talk me into their financing which was a full percentage point higher than what I was already approved for! When I asked for the managers name who would not honor the internet advertised price, they refused to give it to me. So I was forced to mark all sales dept. with 1 star because it won't let me submit a review without picking one. Waste of time! #shady #rundontwalkaway More

I went her to look at a nice Buick. I had looked this car up online and this car met some of my qualifications. When I look online the total for the car included taxes and fees was around 16 thousand. I went up online and this car met some of my qualifications. When I look online the total for the car included taxes and fees was around 16 thousand. I went in for a test drive and what quoted 18 thousand. They were unwilling to budge even a penny and just wanted to start the loan application. They didn't want to do any negotiating at all. The man kept well you know cars are on shortage if you go to any lot you'll see they barely have cars.(like sir there are a lot of car lots near you I could go to those lots) He kept saying well new cars don't have chips now and this car had a chip. However, she was not moving from that 18 thousand car. So I left because it was not the car I absolutely wanted and they were unwilling to even negotiate. The person I was speaking with online emailed me and said to come back in and we could talk but I already went in and was told no. Why would I drive back to be told no again when they keep saying their own internet price was wrong. They have bad service and need to fix the price if its not the correct price. The person who took me on the test drive was fairly new and was really sweet, but clearly didn't know what he was doing because he had to continuous go talk to someone and it seemed as he was just repeating versus just knowing what he was talking about. Worst experience I have ever had with any dealership! Our first salesman David came back with numbers that worked for us, asked for $800 down, I offered to pay $400 right away, and make another $400 defer Our first salesman David came back with numbers that worked for us, asked for $800 down, I offered to pay $400 right away, and make another $400 deferred payment. I was told that this dealership did not take deferred payments because they had been burned in the past, big surprise? That is the first time I have ever heard a dealership not taking deferred payments, so we declined the deal. Next day we managed to come up with the full $800 so we decided to call back and get this deal rolling again, was told by Allen to come on down and they would take care of us. Made our 2nd trip down there, which was a good 45 minutes in rush hour traffic. Allen was nowhere to be found, was greeted by a third associate who basically told us that he had jumped the gun and there was no finalized deal yet. He apologized and said that his manager would get to work on this for us and would give a call first thing in the morning. Today I received no phone calls, figured they are busy and I would call them first. After the usual telephone runaround, I finally get a callback from a manager Reuben an hour or so later saying he was personally working on this and would call me back asap. I made several calls back throughout the day, keep getting the same excuse they are working with other customers, and would get back to me. Apparently these customers are more important than me! Finally get a call back from a Blake, some 4 hours later, he had taken the initiative himself since all of their managers are either incompetent or too busy for me. I was told that someone screwed up, the original deal was never going to happen because the bank would not work with me unless I had a cosigner with perfect credit. At this point I am extremely pissed because this has been a huge waste of time. I still managed to ask politely if they would at least fill up my gas tank to make up for their constant screw ups. Blake is about as fake as you can get. He starts to get snarky with me and says my managers won't do that for you. That's fine I only lost what $50? Meanwhile, I showed this review to my friends, family, and another 100+ employees I work with at Amazon. Your loss! Update: 1 week and no response from the owner or management. More

Scam Artist-Deceptive SCAM DEALER-THINK TWICE BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME I am looking to purchase a 2nd used vehicle, I found a nice 2007 Honda CRV-used vehicle at Horne Kia SCAM DEALER-THINK TWICE BEFORE WASTING YOUR TIME I am looking to purchase a 2nd used vehicle, I found a nice 2007 Honda CRV-used vehicle at Horne Kia. It is advertised on Auto Trader for $6950. I text the dealer to make sure the vehicle is in stock and receive confirmation it is. I drive from South Scottsdale to Gilbert (about a 25-30min drive) to go see and drive the vehicle. My fiancé and I get there, we walk the lot a good 10 mins looking for the vehicle, and finally find it. We walked around the vehicle and looked inside, with no salesman in sight we finally after 20 mins walked into the showroom to ask for help. This is where we see 4 grown men with an umbrella chasing a bug out of the showroom. A salesman finally acknowledges us and agrees to get the key and meet us at the vehicle. We walk back outside and wait another 15 mins at the vehicle no one comes out with the key. We walk back to the showroom; all the salespeople are in the glass room. Finally, one walks out and says, “we can’t find the key”! You are kidding right? Nope, so since we drove all the way out there, we said let’s work the numbers to see if we want to drive all the way back out the next day once they find the key. The salesman, who lacked a lot in a “professional” appearance, goes into the glass room and comes back with a number of over $10k, for a car advertised at $6950, and KBB on the Auto trader add giving a price range of $5900-7700. So, we ask did you figure this using common core math? That’s when he proceeds to tell us of the dealer add on’s- • Window tint warranty on a car with factory tint • Armoral Paint protectant • Anti-Theft device • Window Glass etching I say you realize this is a 2007, I do not want or need any of that on a 12-year-old vehicle. I understand paying cash a lot of the money they would make on the deal is not there, but not problem. Warranty on factory tint? While we are sitting with the salesman another salesman walks by and starts locking up the showroom. From the moment we stepped foot on the lot it felt like going there to buy a car was an inconvenience to the employees. Had the add on Auto trader clearly stated TTL+ DAO’s I would have never driven 30 mins to waste my evening. The salesman then proceeds to point at a picture of the owner on the wall and says, “you will need to take your issue up with him”!!!! I have never in all my car purchases ever experienced such an unprofessional and shady car shopping experience. Yes, Jesse James use to rob people but at least he used a gun!! These are plain clothes thieves!!! RUN DON’T WALK FROM THIS DEALER!!! I also plan to contact the Attorney General in the morning to make sure these business practices are legal. Very short-sighted way to do business! More
