Disappointing Purchase responded

I have e-mailed Mr. Forutan, General Manager, Rusnak/Pasadena Porsche, all of the information, along with the receipts for the repairs. I am awaiting a response. Thank you. I appreciate the opportunity to have this situation rectified.

Disappointing Purchase responded

I received a response right away, from Mehran Forutan stating that he has been transferred to the Rusnak Dealership in Westlake, California. He was kind enough to copy all information to Keith Goldberg, the ‘New’ GM at Rusnak Porsche Pasadena. Unfortunately, a week’s time has passed with no response whatsoever from anyone at Rusnak Porsche Pasadena.

Disappointing Purchase responded

Another week has passed since my initial posting of my disappointment with Rusnak Pasadena Porsche. No response whatsoever to their initial ‘We want to make this right’ comment. This only reinforces the way that this Dealership does Business. Not a Business I would recommend for purchasing a High End Vehicle.
