We are sorry you are having issues with your as-is 2014 ford that you purchased from us. We offer a service contract for future issues and you didn't take advantage of it. If you would like to discuss please call our GM 414-509-2732. He left you a message but you didn't call back.

I never received a message from the GM. He may have called from an unknown number but a voicemail was not left. I also sent him an e-mail that went unanswered. We didn't take advantage of your warranty because no one in your dealership could explain what it covered. When we inquired about getting another key, your sales department did try to talk us through how to lie to the warranty company one week after purchase to say we 'lost' our only key and how to file a faulty claim. We didn't do that. We purchased a key.
