A Day of Deception at Autopark Honda with Mark Williams I am utterly appalled by my recent experience at Autopark Honda. What was supposed to be a straightforward lease renewal turned into a day of deceit and frustration, thanks to Mark Williams and Allen Alston. After spending an exhausting eight hours at the dealership (8:45am-4pm), I was led to believe I was getting the hybrid CRV I had test-driven and negotiated for. Imagine my shock and disbelief when, at the final moment, they tried to hand me the keys to an LX model instead! This blatant bait-and-switch tactic is not only unprofessional but downright fraudulent. Mark and Allen, did you really think I wouldn't notice the difference? This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a dealership I have trusted for years (this would have been my fourth lease!). Autopark Honda, you have lost a loyal customer, and I will make sure everyone knows about this disgraceful experience. More

Allen Alston and Maria Rustin made my purchase of the 2021 Honda HRV so very easy, pleasant and quite efficient. After completing 90% of my purchase over the phone and online everything was there ready a 2021 Honda HRV so very easy, pleasant and quite efficient. After completing 90% of my purchase over the phone and online everything was there ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Maria is very sweet and very thorough with attention to details. Allen also did a fine job of handling my purchase by informing me of all the details of my new HRV. I want to thank both of them for their outstanding customer service! It was a great experience working with both of you!! I would also like to thank, Shawn Whitfield for all of his guidance in completing my finance and service agreements in such a timely manner!
