The moment i walked into planet nissan i was welcomed and treated well, professional and courteous. generosity from offering refreshments and introducing me to the salesman was on point. i was never left att treated well, professional and courteous. generosity from offering refreshments and introducing me to the salesman was on point. i was never left attended, didn't feel uncomfortable. as we got straight to business we both were very straight forward, i knew what vehicle i wanted didnt exactly get what itended to buy but with no pressure the vehicle that was a higher end sold me as i knew that day i was going to walk out with a brand new car, didnt feel this kind of courtesy in Honda. For a first-time purchaser from a dealer, I was pleasantly satisfied with the experience. I would recommend that where the boss sits on a podium above the floor be removed and put at the same leve pleasantly satisfied with the experience. Allen and Michael were great. There was no pressure and they both worked really hard FOR me to get the best deal for myself.
