We had a problem with a service at the dealership before we went on a long trip. We were able to nurse the vehicle through the trip and get it back to the dealer, who remedied the situation at no additiona we went on a long trip. The service department is poorly managed. Dropped my car off at 645am on a Friday, got a phone call at 12:30 to approve basic work…nothing had been done at this point. I called to follow up at 2:30 pm…was told technician was on an extended lunch…I called again at 4:45pm told car would be ready until next day. received a call Saturday morning at 845am that the car was done but I would not be allowed to pick it up due to some processing with assurant (program purchased w/ the brand new car at this dealership) and that it would most likely be Tuesday. I got it taken care of and picked up my car…there are so many other incompetent details of this visit to list. long story short, don’t go to this dealership for service. don’t buy a car from this dealership, because you will be tied into returning to this dealership for maintenance. More
