Worst experience I've ever had with Conicelli. Very disappointed. I left my 2019 Camry to have the rearview mirror glass replaced at 8 am. Never received a call all day from the service department Very disappointed. I left my 2019 Camry to have the rearview mirror glass replaced at 8 am. Never received a call all day from the service department regarding the repair which I thought would not take long. When I tried to reach the Service Department all I got was voicemail over and over again. I then tried the Parts Department and Sales lines and also got voicemail over and over again. Back and forth with both departments and finally got a salesman on the line. He was no help even though I explained the situation, my frustration, and practically begged him to take the short walk around to Service with a message. He transferred me to the Service Manager and yet another voicemail. I finally called the main number and got through to a receptionist. She began to make excuses for the Service Department which only made me more angry. I had to stop her from going on and on with excuses and demand that she get through to Service. She finally did get through to them, and all I got from them was "your car is ready we'll send the shuttle". By now it's 3pm. I was unable to speak with anyone about my car as it was still very congested and busy when I finally arrived at the dealership. I was so angry I paid for my car and left. This is my third car from Conicelli and probably my last. You Have to wait at least two weeks to get an appointment even with an emergency. I had a windshield wiper completely sheer off from the mechanism while on the highway in pouring rain and scratch my windshield. Your dealership would not even look at the car for three weeks much less replace a windshield wiper blade, which takes five minutes at most, and it was to pour rain for the entire week. As a result, I have found a very competent mechanic who also does body work (and he answers his phone!), and I will now be taking my 2019 Camry (which only has 10,000 miles on it) to him for repairs. You have lost a dedicated Conicelli Toyota customer unless you can improve the communication between your Service Department and your customers. The people who write you up first thing on arrival to the Service Department are lovely and very personable, and I always felt confident when I left my car at Conicelli. Now the length of time you have to wait to get an appointment, plus the length of time they keep your car in the shop the day of your appointment is just ridiculous. I refuse to sit and wait for the car any longer because of the long wait. More
