From the moment I was contacted by Sanders Ford I feel like I was well cared for and treated like family, and not just a customer. I contacted them via an online ad, not expecting to get a call back, but like I was well cared for and treated like family, and not just a customer. I contacted them via an online ad, not expecting to get a call back, but Emory was so kind and sweet! She has such amazing phone etiquette, and it convinced me visit the dealership within 30 minutes of her call. From the moment I stepped through the doors I was cared for as family. I was greeted and promptly paired with Alicia, who is so down-to-earth and awesome! She took my needs into consideration, took the time to listen to why I was there and my story, and fought hard to get me into a reliable vehicle. She is so easy to get along with, very honest, and did everything she could to get me into my new vehicle. Everyone did, to be honest. Alicia, Valeri, Mike. I can't express my gratitude in words!
