It would appear nothing I requested was done. None of my recalls were done. I asked about pricing on a wheel bearing and got pricing for several other things including the wheel bearing but not t None of my recalls were done. I was texted about problems at the dealership and informed my vehicle wouldn't be ready and they needed another day. I was also informed that they would reach out in regards to completing the recall work. Not a call. No text. Not an email. Nothing. Would not recommend. More

Had a noise concern with my new truck. Ganley has had my car twice in four months. The first time it was in, they told me it was a temporary fix. The problem I was having, reoccurred again. Now they’ve had my car for over a month, n The first time it was in, they told me it was a temporary fix. The problem I was having, reoccurred again. Now they’ve had my car for over a month, no communication, and no rental. It’s getting very frustrating being without a car for this long. At this point, I would not recommend Ganley to anyone for anything. More

The Service Department at Ken Ganley Ford in Parma is very good. I’ve had oil changes and a new battery install to major repair work (torque converter and purge/vapor mgmt. valve replacements) since th very good. I’ve had oil changes and a new battery install to major repair work (torque converter and purge/vapor mgmt. valve replacements) since the change in ownership (Gillingham to Ganley). I’m happy to report the quality of service did not disappoint … very good … from the service advisors (Dave Moga & Alicia Jeffery) to the technicians that did the work. Also Jeremy Watson (Service Mgr) was always accessible if needed. Thank you! More
