The staff is friendly in every department , always giving the customer a greeting or welcoming smile. Ali Kamal is not only highly professional but has that added dimension of sincerity and kindness. He was so patient explaining the operating system of our new Highlander. He is an excellent teacher and seemed to know when he may want to run through a point again! I was so relaxed with him that when I drove off the lot I was confidant that I really knew my car. I would send everyone I know to Ali. Arron Root was excellent with the finances.
