The first lie was the remaining warranty on the vehicle then a $2,000 reduction of the listed price then I was quoted and agreed to $18k for my trade in, I was guaranteed the dealership extended warranty of $3,200 and 45 days before the first payment, I was never told about the $4,000 accessories on a used vehicle. All was a lie and deception!! What I was told didn’t reflect on my paperwork that Joe Jazzi signed my initials to then neatly folded and tucked into an envelope.
