One of the best service team members in Boston! !! I appreciate the assistance from Michelle (one of their sales associates) and also from the financial advisor who helped me. I never felt pressured !! I appreciate the assistance from Michelle (one of their sales associates) and also from the financial advisor who helped me. I never felt pressured and it was an easy decision to make and a fast process for me (especially on a Sunday morning). Michelle was able to actively listen to my needs and she helped me with securing a purchase for a new 2024 Honda!!! never been to this dealership before and I never purchase a Honda car. Fabian provided me with exceptional service. He was extremely professional and polite. I had my young daughter with me at the time of purchase and he went above and beyond to make it a comfortab He was extremely professional and polite. I had my young daughter with me at the time of purchase and he went above and beyond to make it a comfortable and easy process for us both, bringing in toys, crayons and a coloring book to help keep my daughter busy. He showed me the vehicle, explained all of the features and answered all of my questions. He went through all of the documentation with me and explained every detail for me. He was very knowledge about the car and process and helped me understand everything. The general sales manager, Alfredo, was also extremely professional and helpful. He met with me to listen to my concerns and particular circumstance and then went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible for my family and our needs. The finance manager, Lascelle, was also extremely professional and helpful. He reviewed every document with me in entirety and answered all of my questions. He made the experience very pleasant and made us very comfortable with the financial decisions we were making. More
