You guys did not air up the tires, which seems to be a basic thing that other oil change locations do as part of the service they provide. Also, the time quoted was about 45 minutes and it took nearly an basic thing that other oil change locations do as part of the service they provide. Also, the time quoted was about 45 minutes and it took nearly an hour and 45 minutes from the time I handed over the keys. Most other places get oil changes done in less than 15 minutes. I don't understand the point of you guys requiring me to make an appointment when the appointment time obviously does not matter. If you can't get a job done in 45 minutes then simply do not claim that you can. If I had been told it would be over hour to wait then I would not have sat at the dealership waiting, I would have dropped off the vehicle and returned later to pick it up. If the next free oil change goes as poorly as this first one did then we will choose not to return for any future service appointments. More
