Darnell s timing was interesting as I was just contemplating on doing A early Lease out & leasing a new 2026 since we made a decision on NOT doing a Purchase after lease as we had planned! I had an appointment with Darnell to look at the new accord and wanted the out the door costs. I took in my car to get the trade in value, which for one was absolutely ridiculous. The test drive part we accord and wanted the out the door costs. I took in my car to get the trade in value, which for one was absolutely ridiculous. The test drive part went fine, but during the process he was making some slick comments here and there. He spoke to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about and I made it clear I have done this before and know how it works, either I get a better price or I am out. They played too many games and kept coming back with xx numbers so I asked for my keys a couple times (which they were keeping hostage) because I was not going to keep playing these games. He instead comes back with the "manager" by the name of Harris to try n seal the deal. I right away asked for my keys which he hesitated to give to me until he showed me the "better price" which it really wasn't it just extended the lease so I said ok let me take this price sheet to compare other prices he snatched it away and I grabbed my keys and left. This is not how a car buying experience should be. I bought my last car from this dealer with no issues so it was very disappointing to have this experience. Needless to say I got my car from another dealer that made the process smooth and easy. Shop around people and don't deal with xx also go to CarMax for your trade in they gave me 6k more than what this dealer was offering. More

First time came to this dealership and bought a used 2019 Acura MDX. Darnell took me to test drive. I asked that this car has no spare tires. He said some cars run on flat tires. Call Acura dealership and to Acura MDX. Darnell took me to test drive. I asked that this car has no spare tires. He said some cars run on flat tires. Call Acura dealership and told the car should be tow when tire is flat. Or a spare tire kit for that model is $500. Only after the sales done and about to drive off the lot, Darnell told me there is only one key. I was upset because this should be disclosed to customer during the sale. I went back the next day. They said they will find the previous owner to look for the key.. of course no keys and the key is $650 at Acura dealership. Then I looked at car fax and confirmed the car was never service for transmission and this car has 69,000. Transmission service should be done at 60,000 miles . Contacted sale manager Douglas Jones and he said he is waiting for service director to answer. Called and only got voice mail.. I like my car but this dealership is not very good. More

As soon as I entered the building- I was not bombarded with representatives -PLUS The person at the front desk was very welcoming and sat me down and offered water- while I waited for my representative with representatives -PLUS The person at the front desk was very welcoming and sat me down and offered water- while I waited for my representative. I did have to wait a little bit for the sales person and the car - which I felt should’ve been ready since I made an appointment specifically for this- but everything beyond this was great. Darnell was very trustworthy and not pushy - he respected all of my decisions and I would recommend him again to anyone buying a car. Bryan in finance was also great, friendly and patient. More
