Do not go to car pro kia Huntington Beach. They lie to get your business, and then once they get you in, they're not professional. I had to buy a car in California and when I purchased a car. I told them I do not want it registered or titled in California because I live in a different state. They went ahead and registered the car in California. And then tell me that I have to do all the legwork to get it fixed.
It started with ali the sales manager, then it went to Jimmy in financing. Then Edward, then the general manager forgot his name and then it went to Jennifer, and then finally it went to some lady named Letty. She is the only one that seemed to have a little bit of common sense about this and had no idea why it got to this point this all started the beginning of december, and now it's end of january and my vehicle is not registered yet. My advice is to not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Unless you want to have a lot of frustration and aggravation.

Jennifer i gave you and everyone that could help me in that dealership the chance to fix the problem you guy created. Jennifer, you make it sound like you wanted to help or make it sound like the dealership wanted to help and that so not true this dealership is the worse one i have ever had to deal with.
Just so you and everyone know that i still have not got my refund or the paperwork completed and it been almost 3 months.
My service advisor was helpful, competent and answered
all of my questions about the recall on my Sorrento and my service needs.
