I am 24 years young, and have been in the car business since the moment I graduated high school. I started off washing and organizing the dealership to now loving what I do. The WORST experience by far! ! My fiancé purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler for us to enjoy, however had we known we’d be dealing with dishonesty and deceit. The people we dealt with ! My fiancé purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler for us to enjoy, however had we known we’d be dealing with dishonesty and deceit. The people we dealt with were: sales rep Jurmaine and a finance guy who loves his 2 bulldogs so much so they are all over his office. What happened: put money down, purchased and financed, drove off, battery light comes on. We had the jeep barely 24 hours when while driving jeep cautionary lights came on warning to pull over because jeep was not getting a charge. Communicated with sales rep Jurmaine and bring jeep right in. 1 month later after being told several times, attempting to return jeep same status not fixed, and specifically stating it would be done early THIS week… needless to say we still don’t have our jeep! In the meantime we are PAYING for it!!!! Give us what we paid for or UNDO the deal!!! Every time someone reads this review, you are losing money! More

Salesman Joey Roll was very knowledgeable and treated us with great kindness. He is very personable and professional. His Manager, Alfonzo was also very knowledgeable and really worked with us to get us the with great kindness. He is very personable and professional. His Manager, Alfonzo was also very knowledgeable and really worked with us to get us the best deal he could possibly get. Knowing we are on a limited income. It took almost two days but we finally were able to make it happen. They were not pushy and had a good sense of humor. We really appreciate them as well as the Finance person and the entire staff. We are so Happy with our 2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4. More
