I’ve never been more insulted in my life. They tried buy my car from me for thousands less than others were offering and much less than retailers were selling them for. Purchased for cash a new GLC 300 SUV in May 2023 and still have not received a Title to the vehicle. Called several times and last talked with Michelle - Title Clerk - in Feb 2024. She seemed confused t still have not received a Title to the vehicle. Called several times and last talked with Michelle - Title Clerk - in Feb 2024. She seemed confused that I had not received a title and noted that I did not lease or finance the vehicle. April 4 2024 and still waiting for MBWC to transfer ownership. More
