I came to Porsche Riverside yesterday to simply look at some cars. I was considering a certified used 911. After test driving one, I asked to see their new models, just to compare my options. Because I was lucky enough to have Evan Olson helping me, the rest is history. I am the proud owner of a brand new Porsche 911...my dream car, in fact! Evan was so kind and personable. I never felt pressured either way. All he cared about was that I was happy with whatever car I ended up getting. This allowed me to relax and really hone in on what I really wanted. This is my fourth Porsche, and I can say unequivocally - Evan is by far and above THE BEST SALES PERSON/ BRAND AMBASSADOR I have ever worked with. I will only work with Evan from now on - that's how AMAZING he is! I also had the pleasure of working with Chris Alcocer in Finance. He, too, was so kind and thorough and you could just feel how passionate he is about his job and doing right by customers so that they leave feeling happy and informed of all of their options (maintenance, XPEL coating, etc.). He was also the best! And finally, a huge shout out to Alexis Trujillo, who gave me my new car orientation. He was patient, detailed, helpful, and amazing in every way. He made sure I was thoroughly comfortable with my car before I drove it off the lot. I appreciated all of his guidance! If you are in the market for a Porsche, I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Please ask for Evan (and Chris and Alexis). Just picked up my new Porsche Taycan last night at Walters Porsche Riverside, and the experience was nothing short of excellent! From the moment I walked in without an appointment, I was treated with Walters Porsche Riverside, and the experience was nothing short of excellent! Tony Nguyen, who was busy at the time, still made it a point to greet me and assured me he’d be with me as soon as possible—which he absolutely did. He stayed in constant communication, making sure I knew about a recent lease special that was perfect for me. But Tony didn’t stop there. Knowing my out-of-pocket budget, he worked tirelessly to come up with a deal that I was thrilled with. By the time he presented the final numbers, I didn’t even need to negotiate—I was ready to sign on the spot. Tony treated my wife and me like VIP clients all the way through, even when we came to pick up the car. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Finance Manager Andy Bartoli. Andy was incredibly approachable and continued the VIP treatment, making the finance process smooth and enjoyable. We hit it off instantly and ended up chatting about life more than just paperwork—definitely a different experience from the usual finance office routine! His guidance made me feel comfortable navigating all the features. Overall, my experience at Walters Porsche Riverside was outstanding, thanks to Tony, Andy, and Alexis. They all made me feel like a valued customer, and their attention to detail and commitment to great service made me a happy Porsche Taycan owner. My sales rep, Charlie Nguyen, was extremely helpful and attentive. He sent me a walk around video of the vehicle I inquired about and answered all my questions within an hour. Exemplary in many professional aspects: Rob’s subject matter expertise of the 718 Boxter, his thoughtful over-the-phone customization of the car suiting my needs, and, perhaps most importantly the “end-to-end” white glove treatment of final walk-through was textbook ‘best of class”.
