Absolutely dissatisfied with lack of communication, and service. I explicitly asked for all my old parts to be returned and that did not happen. My truck is still experiencing issues after being charged 2 service. I explicitly asked for all my old parts to be returned and that did not happen. The sales department, on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired. Our (older) car needed a large amount of work, so we were asked if we wanted to talk with a salesperson to discuss options on new vehicles. We took a phone call from the salesperson and were told about great rebates going on, and not to worry about the KBB value because there were extra bonuses up to $6,000 over KBB for trades. The dealership itself actually had up to $8,000 over value for trades painted over one of their windows. When we sat down with the salesperson, they came back with a piece of paper that gave a few hundred as a trade, an extra $2,000 listed as "AVT" (we asked, it's a protective coating they add on, optional if one asks/presses, but they just "do it." It felt sneaky because the line item was nondescript and could easily be misunderstood as another fee or tax). The price they showed us was then at the *MSRP* sticker price. The web site showed the car for several thousand under with some bonuses applied, and when talking with the salesperson, they'd been on the lot a while, so were discounted. Upon asking about the discrepancy between the web site and the price they were proposing, the salesperson said they don't mix offers and rebates. I believe their sales tactics are poor attempts to get people in the door to sell at a higher price. Ridiculous experience, we called them out on the web site price vs sticker, the advertised "over KBB" trade in bonuses, and the extra add-on they just do. They came back with the web site price, and "discounted" the paint coating no one asked for. The salesperson boasted about being their top salesperson, doubling the sales of the rest of the sales team combined, yet didn't know the features of the vehicle when we went for a test ride and had only been there for a few months. I believe they should invest more time in hiring more appropriate and effective sales people. We ended up walking out. I doubt we would purchase a vehicle or return for service to Greenway, as a matter of principle. As we were leaving, we saw a person come out to clean the "up to $8,000 over" painting off the window.
