I was hoping for better but my disappointment in this dealership can not be overstated. I could not recommend this dealership to anyone. Several promises were made at the time of purchase and I feel that dealership can not be overstated. I could not recommend this dealership to anyone. Several promises were made at the time of purchase and I feel that I have had to fight the whole time to try and get them to follow through, of which all they have done is replace the windshield. They have yet to make the minor body repairs they said they would or have the car smoke bombed because it smelled awful of cigarette smoke. It has been a month since I purchased this car and not to have all this done yet is sad to say the least, oh and did I forget to mention that we were told it came with two sets of keys for it, wrong when we took delivery of it it only had one and we had to pay $300 to a locksmith to make another key and fob for the car. I held off giving this review hoping they were going to follow through on customer service but this was the second email I received from the dealership to please do a review. I really was hoping not to have to write this. I even emailed the sales manager expressing my disappointment with the dealership hoping he would get on top of things but received no follow up from Adolfo at all. More
