We bought a used car. Positive - good price, willing to work with online prices showed on KBB. The pricing is fairly well articulated and is transparent. I got a price that was online along with a few dealer fees but that all looked reasonable. Alexa was good to talk to and helped us in our buying process. Gregory helped in the test drive. There was never a hardsell by Alexa, compared to ither dealers where it is common to jackup prices and then reduce depending upon buyers' negotiating skills. More

Everything in the 5 month process was very smooth. Alexandra has always kept us posted. Everyone was helpful. Although it took us almost 4 hrs when we picked up the car, but it's understandable given Alexandra has always kept us posted. Everyone was helpful.
