Buying Made Easy!! I have driven nothing but Ford trucks for my entire adult life, This is the first NEW truck I have purchased, and the Sam Pack team did an outstandin I have driven nothing but Ford trucks for my entire adult life, This is the first NEW truck I have purchased, and the Sam Pack team did an outstanding job. The staff is well trained, and geared to customer satisfaction. My experience started and ended with my sales associate, Carl Teachout. He was able to quickly ascertain my needs, and get the right vehicle to meet them. To personalize my truck, Alexandra Benvenuto had the right accessories, and security solutions to protect my investment. The finance was handled by David Barragan, who did the pain staking task of running through the different payment options available, and allowed me to make the choice which best suited my finances. To finish the process, it was back to Carl and delivery of my vehicle. He took the time to go through the technology and accessories unique to my truck, to help familiarize me with its operation. Overall, this buying experience was the basis of building a relationship for the future. I will always drive a Ford, I will now buy them from Sam Pack's Five Star Ford in Carrollton, TX. where the buying, is truly made easy!! Thank you, Steve Tufts Frisco, TX. More

Buying was exciting My wife and I bought our first new car in over 25 years and really enjoyed the experience. The event was broken into three sessions. First and intro My wife and I bought our first new car in over 25 years and really enjoyed the experience. The event was broken into three sessions. First and introduction to a salesperson, Allan Johnson, then and we gave him a list of 3 different vehicles we were interested in. He let both of us drive each one, and each time we would find a park to sit in the shade while he explained the features of that particular vehicle. After finishing the test drives we headed for home and to the car we were going to trade. During the drive home we decided which one we wanted and let Allan know. He began the paper work. When we returned we gave him the keys to our car for appraisal and within 10 minutes the sales Manager Mike Munden sat with us to explain the deal they were prepared to make. When he shared the particulars with us I knew we had a great deal as I was informed before we began our visit with knowledge. We then met for less than 15 minutes with Brandon Mathews their finance guy and signed the papers. And both he and Mike said that we had a 4 step and that was to meet with Richard who would provide technical training on all of the high tech features in our car. And he knew his stuff. We left and went to dinner and when I checked my e mail I had two e mails thanking me for our business and a call from the sales manager asking that I call him anytime I have a problem Amazing and evidently with the 0% financing they were slammed yesterday and still found time for us.....we had a blast. Thanks to the entire team Oh yeah forgot about Alexandria who we spent 10 minutes with regarding additional options that we might want. Each person had a piece of the puzzle and each knew something specific that they needed to transfer to us. Much Gratitude I may not wait another 25 years to buy our next car. Philip V.G. More

An excellent buying experience!! I walked in with a year old car that I was upside down in and had no idea whether it was feasible to go back into an SUV or not. Mike and Eric bent over backwards to make it happen for me. This was the first time I had bought a car completely on my own and they made it a wonderful experience!! More

Worth the drive from Arkansas Reuben was great to work with and he got me in touch with Jose as a contact for questions while he had a few days off which was nice because I had que Reuben was great to work with and he got me in touch with Jose as a contact for questions while he had a few days off which was nice because I had questions.. lol...Reuben was knowledgable about the vehicle which is how it should be. I went to one lot where the sales associate didn't know they were putting the 2.7 ecoboost in the F-150!! lol That dont make you feel comfortable. When I came to drive the truck everyone was friendly and well dressed. The buying process was slow after the test drive but they were extremely busy, which is a good thing! Pretty pleased with everything... The detail of the truck after the sale could have been better, I had to peel off several stickers from the wheels and bumpers and clean some marker spots off rims. More

Ford Convert My whole family are Toyota people, but I liked the look of the 2015 Ford Focus, and after a month of researching I went in to buy my car. I talked to My whole family are Toyota people, but I liked the look of the 2015 Ford Focus, and after a month of researching I went in to buy my car. I talked to Jared over the phone first, and agreed to buy the car from him after talking to other dealers in the area. He was the only one who sounded like he enjoyed his job over the phone. Jared greeted me immediately as I was walking out of my old car. He was knowledgeable, friendly and has a good sense of humor that made me feel comfortable as I test drove my car. Alexandra (Alex) was very enthusiastic, and explained all the options I could get with my car without being pushy. What impressed me the most was the financing department. I have been on other car buying adventures with other people, and financing always takes 30 minutes to an hour with the financing people trying to pressure you into warranty after warranty, or trying to convince you to lease. Justin showed a clear pricing break down, explained one warranty option that would benefit me the most, and I was out of there in 20 minutes with my new Ford Focus. My experience with this dealership was refreshingly simple and hassle free. More

After talking to her, I ended up going to the dealership and met with her. She was very polite and showed me the vehicle I was inquiring about. After test driving the vehicle, she was very helpful in getting me the price I was wanting to pay, and help get me the finances I needed. I was very satisfied with all the transaction and help I received at this dealership. More
