I was born in NYC and grew up in Vermont; I also lived in Connecticut and Pennsylvania before taking my Crosstrek on a trek ‘cross the U.S. and making my home here in Arizona. I’m an avid hiker, cyclist, and Pokémon nerd, but above all else, I’m a dog dad to a mutt named Tulip and a bulldog named Diggi. I’ve relocated to AZ as my girlfriend is studying to receive her doctorate in clinical psychology at a local university. We now proudly call Surprise home. I’ve been in Subaru sales since September of 2021, and everyday I’m grateful to help unite customers with some of the safest and most reliable vehicles on (and off) the road. I enjoy fulfilling the Subaru Love Promise by participating in the dealerships’ various community involvement efforts that demonstrate the brand truly is more than a car company. Alex was great; very helpful and knowledgable. The sales manager, finance guy, and everyone else at the Subaru Superstore was nice and transparent. My only issue, was when we were in with the finance person, and he showed us all of the options for the various service, maintenance, tire assistance, etc. that a customer can pay for, and be added to the overall finance cost. At that point I think my wife and I should have asked if we could be alone somewhere to discuss the options before we made a decision; unfortunately we did not think of that. Sitting in front of the finance guy inhibited us from discussing the options amongst ourselves; that's on us I guess. More
