If I had cash on me, I would have gladly given her a tip for her outstanding service. I've noticed that most of the staff are highly professional and stay calm under pressure. I really appreciate how well the team works together and supports each other. A special thanks to April Connor—she’s an excellent manager who handles everything with ease. Alexander Matallana was also a pleasure to work with. It's clear they all collaborate as a united team, which is truly special. Overall, this dealership is great. They also seemingly handled Covid and turnover well ! The core group has changed But….they seem to be continuing to add to the core group! The renovation of the service department… well that just speaks for itself!! I was carrying debt from lease to lease… They Refused to let me purchase until my lease ran out! They said it wasn’t Happening! Go buy it somewhere else!! They seemingly deal with their problems in balance! They appear to be more focused on their workers than a decade before! Why perfection in not on anyone’s table, I’m perceiving their upside definitely exceeds their downside. That’s a major reason.. not the only reason… I’M STILL THERE!! More
