Jose was the best from the beginning to the end. We came in for an initial appointment that was convenient for us. When we finally decided to make the move, he answered all of our questions and concerns and went over how to operate all the features. He listened to what we needed and made it happen without being pushy. Such a valuable team member for the Neillo VW team.
