They mishandled my personal information and that of another customer. We received each other's personal information including name, address, phone number, and VIN of each other's vehicles. They claim t another customer. We received each other's personal information including name, address, phone number, and VIN of each other's vehicles. They claim that they were able to fix it, but i asked for a Toyota shirt (not a Wilde shirt) because I love the toyota brand and own two of them. The assistant GM promised me he would get me one, but I have never received it. He refuses to answer/return my phone calls. I was looking to potentially purchase another vehicle and while bringing in my Avalon for routine maintenance, I take with a salesman. He repeatedly lied to me and when I called him out, he kept saying that misunderstood him. That may have been true once, however, when my wife and I both heard the same things and then the salesman denies he said multiple things, that's not misunderstanding him, that's him lying. Their service department was embarrassing on this visit. Other customers and I were left waiting between 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Meanwhile countless service advisors walked past us and never acknowledged our existence. Another service advisor was swearing at a customer on the phone while feeling herself up, and other advisors were standing around joking with each other. This place is a total embarrassment to the Toyota brand. If it wasn't for the fact that my service appointments are free, I would never come back. Save yourselves and don't come here! More

Service department accepted me for service as a drive in. My drivers side headlight was out and the service technician replaced it. As I was traveling out of town the following day the expedited service was My drivers side headlight was out and the service technician replaced it.
