RC Hill Service Department is so awesome. I use my vehicle at night time to visit my hospice patients. i called at 8 AM on Saturday morning after discovering a flat tire! I explained that I I use my vehicle at night time to visit my hospice patients. i called at 8 AM on Saturday morning after discovering a flat tire! I explained that I would need my car adding that night. They immediately made me an appointment, provided a loaner car so I could get home to sleep! Not only did they replace the two tires but I some recommended work from my last service. They offered to complete the recommended work as well as taking care of my flat tire! Alexa and Gio took such wonderful care of me and my vehicle! Always so impressed with their customer service. Each and every person that I encountered during the visit was super! A++++ all around! Thank you so much . Nowadays it is so difficult to receive great customer service but you all very much exceeded my expectations! More

So far since I have been coming here after having been at Daytona where I bought my car, I have encountered friendly, professional service staff that are good listeners and attentive to my needs and get the Daytona where I bought my car, I have encountered friendly, professional service staff that are good listeners and attentive to my needs and get the work done quickly at reasonable cost. My only issue with them is that the last time I brought the car in to do several things including oil change, multi-point inspection and investigate a check engine light, a couple days later the car started running ragged and not engaging in Drive right away from another gear, and we found out that that the transmission fluid was a quart low. Inwould have thought that topping off, or at least inspecting the transmission, was part of the inspection. I'm taking it back today to have it looked over again. More

Overwhelmingly positive! I knew what I wanted going into the dealership… kind of, or so I thought. The whole team was awesome! I was having so many problems with my Ford Esca I knew what I wanted going into the dealership… kind of, or so I thought. The whole team was awesome! I was having so many problems with my Ford Escape, so I was leaning toward just downsizing because MORE CAR MORE PROBLEMS? Right?? Said Jake (I think his name was) jokingly, as he ensured me of the amazing quality that the Outlander provided. He was soooooo freaking right! No mirage for THIS soccer mama! I’m now a proud outlander sport owner. As Jake would say, I made a “pretty sweet” decision. I was literally shaking and screaming in the car when I got home. Best dealership ever! So much trunkspace too! More
