The back and forth was ridiculous I was very forthcoming that I would refuse any add-ons but I was brought significant paperwork that had to be changed over and over again wasting my time with add-ons and incorrect trade value. I was told that they were going to give me 18.500 on my trade, after setting for 4 hours finally was allowed into Chris's office where he badgered me about a warranty... Let Here he comes with all of these things to sign that has all of these add-ons which I told him I absolutely would refuse if he did why waste my time? Now I'm fighting with them because they only gave me 17,100 on my trade told me that there was a tax credit. Tax credits should be listed on your doc and actually add to your trade-in value and lower your tax liability not raise it. I'm not getting credoted for my lower Idaho sales tax rate. They are Relentless with Bait and switch. Watch for all of the extras that they will try to add on, that's how they make money... and be very very cautious about your trade and value if they tell you they're going to give you 18,500 for your trade you will not see that on the end doc, absolutely require them to show you the end documentation before you sit and wait for 4 hours for them to bring you in and bait and switch More

Long story short, I purchased the wrong size truck from the dealership. I contacted them the next day to upgrade - and mysteriously, their 7 Day 500 Mile return policy was no where to be found. In addition the dealership. I contacted them the next day to upgrade - and mysteriously, their 7 Day 500 Mile return policy was no where to be found. In addition, they low balled the trade in (that was supposed to be under the 7 day warranty). False and deceptive marketing. I've contacted a few people, wonder if they'll call me back? More

My husband and I purchased a used 2018 Nissan Armada from this dealership in February 2023. The vehicle has been back and forth to the shop since we purchased it. As of today, the vehicle is still not fixed, this dealership in February 2023. The vehicle has been back and forth to the shop since we purchased it. As of today, the vehicle is still not fixed, and the repairs of course aren't covered by the extended warranty. When we purchased the vehicle, we were told that Mark Kia doesn't do any cosmetic repairs, however they do make sure that their vehicles are safe to drive. Well, this vehicle clearly isn't safe to drive. The vehicle will shut off while it's being driven. We inquired about trying to trade and purchase a different vehicle and the sales manager stated that the only way we would be able to get out of this vehicle is we would have to have a minimum of $3000 for a down payment. We will never ever do business with them again. I definitely will keep my friends and family from doing business with them also. Shame on you MARK KIA. I wish it could be 0 stars More

Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership but wasn't able to pick it up for 5 days due to needed servicing. Every single question we asked the salesperson he did not know the answer to and stated he ha able to pick it up for 5 days due to needed servicing. Every single question we asked the salesperson he did not know the answer to and stated he had to ask his supervisor. Attempted to upsell additional tint, window etching and a lojack device, which we were not interested in. When the supervisor came over he said sorry you have to pay for this stuff as it is standard but he did not know we had already test drove the vehicle and no, it was not standard. At that point we were ready to just walk off the lot and actually started to. We should have followed our instincts and and kept walking. I now have possession of the vehicle but they didn't fix a chip in the windshield like they said they would, I also only have one key and absolutely not one single piece of paper or documentation as to the sale or warranty of the vehicle despite multiple calls. The last four vehicles I have purchased have been through the same salesperson (different dealership) but unfortunately he retired five years ago. More
