We delivered our car to Bozard Ford for emergency maintenance June10, 2024, and quickly learned a necessary repair exceeded what we were willing to invest in getting it back on the road. Our best solution was to trade it in and look for a new ride. To find a good replacement would likely take a few days so Alex Vecerkovic, Assistant Service Manager, became personally involved in getting us a loaner in this unusual predicament. This allowed an 83 year-old Air Force Vet and his wife to have time to calmly go about choosing the right replacement for our car. A sales team came together to make it all happen, and for the efforts of that teamwork, we are thankful. We already knew of Bozard Ford’s solid integrity and customer service policies but Alex’s professionalism and understanding went far beyond anything we have witnessed or experienced at any major dealership, ever. And it reminded us of how important it is to have a dealership in town that treats us like family. Consequently, Alex’s efforts along with those of Justin Williams/Sales Director, Wyll Dickenson/Senior Client Advisor, and Devin DelleDonne/Sales Advisor were all instrumental in our buying our next car from Bozard Ford. I pulled up knowing what I wanted, I just needed a little confirmation. I appreciated the no pressure atmosphere as the sales personnel saw I was sitting in my vehicle making a personal call and waited to a confirmation. Austyn Laude was very friendly, accommodating, and insightful while we looked at the Mustangs on the lot. We had a nice test drive and Austyn was able to show me all the features of the vehicle to ensure I knew exactly what I was getting. I had brought my other vehicle to the dealership for service and I was amazed at how quickly the team handled my servicing while I made my test drive. Service was quite busy, but handled customers in a very firm, but friendly way to keep things running smoothly. Rick Garcia in finance was great. He was very knowledgeable about Ford as he was a long time employee who worked in multiple facets of the industry. Rick worked hard to find the best rate and literally pressed in a very professional way to get the deal done with the banks, it's nice to have someone work on your behalf like that. Since I had brought one vehicle and left with two, Austyn arranged to deliver my vehicle back to my home, serviced and freshly washed. It was a great experience all around and I really enjoyed doing business with Bozard Ford. As a manager myself it is very evident that the entire team is well trained, motivated, and held accountable because customers were treated with the utmost respect.
