SCAM USED CAR DEALER! !!! Sold me a used car they didn't have a title for!!! and now I can not drive anyway because it not register going on 3 weeks. I had to hire a lawye !!! I was looking at a used car and the price they list online is bait and switch. They tack on so much bogus stuff, it added around 7% to the advertised price, not including the standard registration and online is bait and switch. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. ..Unless you want to pay more than advertised!!! I have been told the breakdown of the costs added on to the Advertised price of the vehicle for the ..Unless you want to pay more than advertised!!! I have been told the breakdown of the costs added on to the Advertised price of the vehicle for the 161point inspection is not available by email, only in person....and was not available when I purchased the vehicle. I was told the dealer prep on the vehicle was $4000 and they (the dealer) "ate 1/2 the cost" and only added $2000 to the advertised price. Let's not forget about the GPS tracker @ $900 ... Bumping the listed price on CarGurus/Cars.com over 15%....which I've just been informed by my salesperson Ricardo Silva, I "opted out of to meet my budget." News to me. On top of that, after driving 2 hours to the dealership, we were there waiting for Finance until after 10pm (dealership closed at 8) and did not get out until close to 11PM. Without a doubt, the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Save yourself the aggravation and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More

While I was there to do the research on a new car and get service on my existing QX60, I had no intention of getting out of my old QX60 lease that same day, until I sat down with Alex and he went over the nu service on my existing QX60, I had no intention of getting out of my old QX60 lease that same day, until I sat down with Alex and he went over the numbers, and long story short drove out with the new car that same day. None of the usual back and forth when at a dealer, just he and I crunching the numbers and coming to an agreement. Happy with the follow up calls as well post purchase. Look forward to a pleasureable dealer experience for a change. And love that the service dept is open Saturdays. More

The worst place to buy a car, don't go there. They treated me with such disrespect and dishonesty from the first day I walked in there. When I first got there, I had an appointment, but they let They treated me with such disrespect and dishonesty from the first day I walked in there. When I first got there, I had an appointment, but they let me sit there and ignored me for two hours. While I was sitting inside Infiniti of Englewood dealer, they called me to ask me if I was still coming for my appointment, and I told them I was sitting there. When I was there I knew exactly the car I wanted, its cost and mileage. But when they were processing the paperwork, they put in the wrong unit price number, $2000 higher than what they had advertised it for, so when I questioned them about it, they said Oh ok we will send you a check in the mail for the difference. Today, one month later, I was there to inquire about the check that they should have mailed to me one month ago, and when I got there , the finance person, his name is Jason, was even denying that he gave me a receipt that the dealership owed me money. I had to go back home to get the receipt and bring it back to them. They are trying to deny even the things they discussed with me. Fortunately, I still have my paperwork to prove them wrong. I will not rest till they pay this money they owe me. this place is dishonest, unkind, stay away. More
