It’s been easy to schedule appointments and bring car for service at this location. When it comes to regular maintenance, everything has been done well and within reasonable time frame. There is also an opti service at this location. When it comes to regular maintenance, everything has been done well and within reasonable time frame. There is also an option for use BMW-provided Uber rides for customers after the car drop off (not sure about the radius since I haven’t used it myself). Staff has been always very friendly so combined with good quality work I’d recommend this service center location More

The tried to upsell me on thousands of dollars of fixes I didn’t want, told me I needed a new battery after having had a brand new battery put in the day prior, and then after refusing to do work they still didn’t want, told me I needed a new battery after having had a brand new battery put in the day prior, and then after refusing to do work they still charged me for an hour because “the tried.” This place is a joke and should be investigated for fraud. More

I definitely have mixed feelings about the dealership. I was assigned to Chris, who quoted me with almost 6k in repairs, I asked if they could check again, it was said that’s what was needed. I refused to pay it because I thought it was just too much. When picking up the car, Alex quoted me half of that and it ended up being not even $300. The problem that Chris said it had, was non existent. What had happened if I hadn’t refused? I would’ve spent a fortune on something it didn’t need, Alex doubled check because he’s an incredible person but still, they could have changed a perfectly fine part in my car. So that being said… you guys make your own conclusions. More

Advisor I worked with, Norbert or Norman, really made for a bad experience. Intake took absolutely forever, as he was unable to find my appointment at first, asked for my phone # three times, asked over and a bad experience. Intake took absolutely forever, as he was unable to find my appointment at first, asked for my phone # three times, asked over and over again if I wanted this part of the service appointment or that (like replacing air filter, which he even had to admit was a standard part of service) and he tried to play it off as him asking because many BMW owners couldn't actually afford the cost of service. Even during intake, he frequently had to escalate his questions to Alex. Then he never notified me when my car was ready, causing me to waste hours and hours waiting until I just ended up going into the office and asking other people to check for me on his car. More
