Annoying Every time I go for service I wait over 1 hour. They didn't tell me I used my last free oil change appt and tried to charge me. Rear seat fabric needed repair and took 3 months and repair looks terrible. My sales guy even left because it's terrible. Won't go back ever again. Atlantic sucks. More

Service - oil change Although the service man was very nice and accomodating I was a bit annoyed at two things. Number 1 I made an appointment more than a week prior to my service date and I was told that day the the service department was taking walk-ins . I waited more than 2 hours for an oil change. I felt those with appointments should be taken first and walk-ins after. Also I had a coupon with 2 different prices. I thought I was paying $29.95 for the oil change but was charged the $44.95 price because I was told I received synthetic oil. I thought this wa a bit misleading. More

Alex was my service manager and got my car serviced as quickly as possible — they are a busy shop on the Service at Atlantic HONDA is always reliable. Alex was my service manager and got my car serviced as quickly as possible — they are a busy shop on the weekends so I know there is wait time. They offer complimentary coffee and bagels for customers waiting as well as a massage and pedicures for the ladies. The waiting room is clean with comfortable chairs and a number of flat screen TVs. I recommend their services. More
