Buenas tardes, desde la primera llamada a la recepcionista para hacer la cita el trato por teléfono es SUPER MAL, y al momento de entregarme el carro fue PEOR, ya que su aptitud y su expresión F recepcionista para hacer la cita el trato por teléfono es SUPER MAL, y al momento de entregarme el carro fue PEOR, ya que su aptitud y su expresión FACIAL es super desagradable, honestamente no debiera ser esa la primera cara que uno TIENE QUE VER al ir a su establecimiento, ya que con la primera impresión a mi no me gastaría invitar a nadie a visitar si concesionario. Además a esto el que me vendió el vehículo en el 2024 el Sr Alex mas nunca me atendió el teléfono y el día del servicio hasta voltio la cara para no saludar, creo que es de muy mal gusto que sean un santo para venderte y un diablo para solucionar inquietudes de los que vende, para mi cero 000 estrellas para el vendedor y para la recepcionista. LA SRTA ROSA QUIEN FUE QUIEN ME ATENDIO PARA EL SERVICIO DEBERIA TENER MAS DE 5 ESTRELLAS PORQUE SU ATENCION FUE IMPECABLE, ELLA DEBERIA ENTRENAR A ESTAS DOS PERSONAS COMO DAR UN BUEN SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, gracias y disculpe mi reseña es solo para que mejoren porque es de muy mal gusto este tipo de situaciones.
