Even though I bought a used truck from a different company he was able to answer all my questions about operations of the truck. This was a no pressure deal. In fact I test drove the truck one week and came back and bought it the next. No harassing phone calls. When I was ready we made the deal and I feel it was a great deal for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Ford of Upland and its employees. Even the warranty representative had my back and offered me a better deal by extending the warranty for two additional years.deal even after the deal was done.
