. Completely disappointed it the level of service and will probably never come back and will certainly warn all my friends about the technical level of your technicians. Group as a whole had no clue ho will probably never come back and will certainly warn all my friends about the technical level of your technicians. Group as a whole had no clue how to fix my break issue and actually let Me drive away With all kinds of break warning going off. Complete lack of concern for my safety. Had no idea how to reset the brake actuator’s on my truck. Told me they were both bad and that they needed to be replaced,. They did no bench test nor did they have any proof that they were bad they just told me this and thought I would agree to the repair. Another $850 on top of the 1400 I had just paid. I brought the truck home bench tested the brake actuators both actuators tested out fine. Ok J y All it took was putting the truck into brake service mode. And all warnings went away. 1400.00 repair and the original problem, resurfaced after only on week. Very dissatisfied with the technical level of service that I was shown, management needs to do a better job making sure that the technicians actually fix the problem that the customer had. Not just try to sell them a bunch of parts that may or may not have fixed the issue in the first place. Not to mention they were trying to sell me brake actuator’s that I did not need at a price that was nearly 3 times the Cost as one of our local parts distributors. More

Alex was amazing! He got my truck in quickly, they had the part in stock, and they delivered my truck back before the end of the business day. This dealership needs new mechanics, they left oil cap off my car ended up getting new motor, parts went bad took to shop, they missed it and just did a software update. I will never take my car back ther off my car ended up getting new motor, parts went bad took to shop, they missed it and just did a software update. Corrected within a matter of a few hours we pulled into your dealership, it was some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen at a Ford dealership the personnel or all professional and I would recommend anybody else to go back there and I will if I’m in that area too to talk to him about possibly a new truck someday Thank you More

I dropped by because I got an email from ford about my airbags not working properly. I was greated immediately and was in and out in about 20 minutes granted it was a Wednesday morning and they were not b airbags not working properly. I was greated immediately and was in and out in about 20 minutes granted it was a Wednesday morning and they were not busy at all. My airbags had somehow disconnected when my husband put the seat covers on. I had a great experience at this ford dealership and plan to go back for any additional needs for my truck. More

I had an issue that is still on going with my car that I took it in to be looked at. They did not fix and said they would call me back to bring it in when they got a loaner. I called back several time alway took it in to be looked at. They did not fix and said they would call me back to bring it in when they got a loaner. I called back several time always being told no loaners were available and now my 90 day warranty has lapsed and my car still has issues More
