Mr. Alex Ramirez is my service advisor the service that I receive at Walter's Mercedes is wonderful mr. Ramirez when he gives you your results he goes into detail as to the work that is done I will not go to receive at Walter's Mercedes is wonderful mr. Ramirez when he gives you your results he goes into detail as to the work that is done I will not go to any other service advisor if Alex is not there I will turn around and make another appointment the service that I receive at Walter's Motors is beyond good and one thing I don't want to mention is the price of Walters is pretty close two aftermarket service centers so if there's a choice just go to Mercedes dealer it comes out much better every time trust me I've been to those other dealers aftermarket dealers and you don't get your money's worse trust me thank you very much Mike Armstrong More
