I originally purchased my Mercedes from Walter’s time you leave, the staff (sales & service) is friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I originally purchased my Mercedes from Walter’s and have been getting it serviced there since. Their Service Dept is exceptional! The Service Advisors are always knowledgeable, and informative, especially my advisor Alex Ramirez. I never feel pressured, and I appreciate the recommendations for preventive maintenance.
