Alex Ramirez of Walter's MB Riverside CA, has gone over and above what is expected in order to provide special service accommodation for me given my disability. I sincerely appreciate the special attentio and above what is expected in order to provide special service accommodation for me given my disability. I sincerely appreciate the special attention I receive from all of Walter's personnel in the service department, especially Alex Ramirez, who made sure my vehicle was taken care of given my desire to maintain complete vehicle performance and reliability always.
