I want to extend my appreciation towards my service advisor Mr. Alex Ramirez, a professional assets for the dealership. Mr. Ramirez was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and easy to explain the proces advisor Mr. Alex Ramirez, a professional assets for the dealership. Mr. Ramirez was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and easy to explain the process thru out my experience on the issues that I brought my vehicle for repairs and maintenance service. Mr. Ramirez was responding to my request via text, in no time, on the spot, an excellent system implemented by the dealership, which made it so easy to communicate. All the repairs or maintenance needed, assessed by the multiple points inspection which was free of charge, were send thru a link where I could see everything that my vehicle needed or was recommended in a form of video, or writing inclusion it’s costs. I loved the whole experience at Walters Mercedes from Riverside. Thank you Alex. 👍👏 More
