Mr. Alex Rabinovich, at Lexus of Brooklyn is an amazing Sales Consultant! I was buying a car for the first time and needed someone that was knowledgeable and patient enough to work with me. Mr. Rabinovich Sales Consultant! I was buying a car for the first time and needed someone that was knowledgeable and patient enough to work with me. Mr. Rabinovich was that and more! He was able to explain the differences amongst the options they offer at Lexus as well as his opinion based on the experience with his car. He helped with printing out the measurements and specs of the cars I was interested in so that I could compare them and see what worked best for me. I traded in 2 cars, 1 mine, 1 my mother's. They were both in my mother's name, so it took some time to make sure the titles were transferred over to me and the insurance had my name. He was so kind to my mom and I and kept us informed throughout the process. He took the time to remove the license plates of the 2 traded cars, put a new one on the purchased car, and call my insurance company to get everything squared away. He even took the time to show me the basics of how to operate the purchased car. I previously went to a different Lexus dealership about a month before and did not have the same experience at all. Unfortunately the sales person was not as familiar with the cars, could not answer my questions, and did not seem to take me seriously as a buyer. Do yourself and favor and go to Lexus of Brooklyn.
