Most unorganized dealership general manager was extremely rude and and pore mannered service manager is never there to talk to the dealership had my jeep for over 3 months never got any information on it eve rude and and pore mannered service manager is never there to talk to the dealership had my jeep for over 3 months never got any information on it even after multiple trips in to try finding information out financial manager was the only one willing to help me threw everything overall I am extremely disappointed and will go out of my way to find a dealership who actually cares about there customers will never buy another vehicle for a Preston owned dealership definitely need management work if it wasn’t for Alwxander Pherson I don’t believe I still would have my jeep back he was excellent threw and threw as for the rest words can’t express my disappointment and dissatisfaction!!!!
