This as my first visit which turned into 3 trips with this dealership. I really appreciated Piazza service Getting me in when my check engine light and all my dash lights came on. I was not surprised th this dealership. I really appreciated Piazza service Getting me in when my check engine light and all my dash lights came on. I was not surprised they did not have the BCM in stock and that I had to return. The advisor informed me the part would be in the next day. I was also told to not drive my car long distance (no more than an hour). I was surprised the service advisor did not schedule my appointment while I was standing in front of them. I never received a call that the part came in and I had to call the dealership to set up an appointment. The service advisor set me up for Labor Day (which I commented I was surprised they weee open). He confirmed I wanted to wait and he confirmed it would take about 2 hours. I arrived at 11 am for my appointment in Labor Day. Shortly after settling in the waiting room a service advisory informed me that the job would take about 2 hours and the service department closed at 12. I don’t think it’s necessary to say how sissy I was to have to once again reschedule an appointment to return again. I came in and had the part replaced a week later. The service advisor confirmed it would take about 2 hours. Prior to this appointment I was offered a loaner car only because when Piazza texted me how I would rate them I said poorly which prompted a phone call from Piazza. While I was getting the part installed, after waiting 3 hours and no one giving me an update on my vehicle, I had to find a service advisor to get an update on my vehicles. I was THEN informed that the computers were not communicating and it was taking longer and they would have to put me in a loaner car. I should never have been the one to go to the service advisor to get a status update. At the 2 hour mark they should have walked over to their waiting room to tell me what the issue was and at that time offered me a loaner car. As a first experience with Piazza I was not impressed. Although the woman I spoke with tried to fix the mistakes and genuinely seemed concerned it did not relay to the advisors. The service advisors I dealt with were all very nice and professional but I felt lacked communication with their customers. More
