Went to lease and finance a Crosstek and Forrester February 26th 2022. I knew which two vehicles I wanted and due to supply shortage etc. both were already gone. He offered me another Crosstek, not the color or model I wanted but I was willing to buy it. He offered me it for 3k over MSRP. I told him I have a car to trade in and let us see what the best price he can give me. Offered me 509 a month for 72 months which was insane, I did the math on auto loan calculator and there was an extra 2k that he couldn't explain where it came from. He told me my math was WRONG. I told him I understood this was a sellers market but I still would like to not pay that much extra. He said "I was wrong, it is not a sellers market". I said what the xxxx you talking about, you are the seller, he goes "oh yea right." So I said I need to know what best price he can give me and then I am going to go to Hicksville Subaru and compare, he said that is the best deal he could. I said okay, can you tell me how much I can get for the trade in, he said he would have to have someone look at the car first, but unless I am going to buy now from him, it would be a waste. I said I need to know how much you will give me so I can compare, but okay??? I left that place laughing, this guy doesn't want to sell me two vehicles obviously. Went to Mazda of Valley Stream same day and and got new CX30 Carbon edition all the bells and whistles for 5k left than his offer for Subaru Crosstek sport. Alex is a joke. More

Now March 2021 went back to them, but this time looking for a pickup truck, talked to john and after looking thru his computer and showing me a few trucks he helped find one that suited my needs and had the features I requested and I settle for a 2021 F150 4x4 sport, john was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the features this truck has cuss believe me they make this things like space ships now days! All in all I’m very happy with Hasset Ford and I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle Thanks Hasset and john!! More

He gave us a ridiculous monthly price to finance through the dealer, which of course we said no to, explaining that we couldn't afford to pay that much monthly. His response to this was, "Why are you buying such an expensive car then?" SO RUDE! We walked right out of that dealership. More

Full of lies and cover up Worst dealer experience in years. Lied about the price. Never got back to me and they said an email will be sent in an hour. Salesman went home even after 4 messages and a promise to call me back hours prior. Claimed the manager was too busy to talk when I asked. Owner wasn't available. Then lied when they told me the car had been sold to cover up their mistakes and lies. Funny enough...the car is still there and was verified as still for sale the next day. This is why Ford dealers should not sell 80k cars. Run away from this shady and unprofessional dealer. More
