My wife has been going to this dealership for years and has purchased several vehicles from them, well not anymore after this last purchase. SHE TRUTED THEM AND THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE , KNOWING THAT SHE TRUT has purchased several vehicles from them, well not anymore after this last purchase. SHE TRUTED THEM AND THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE , KNOWING THAT SHE TRUTED THEM THEY WENT AHEAD AND ADDED A SERVICE CONTRACT AND GAP AND KEPT THE CONVERSATION GOING AND GOING AND DID NOT EXPLAINED ANY DETAILS ABOUT THE CONTRACT, INSTEAD BECAUSE THEY KNEW HOW MUCH SHE TRUSTED THEM SHE WAS ASKED TO SIGN SIGN SIGN. IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DISRESPECTFUL AND DISHONEST TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A CUSTOMER (ESPECIALLY A WOMAN) she will drop the car and walk away she cannot afford the payment that was not disclosed, she was told not to worry and she would be ok and where she wanted to be on payment, she signed away trusting that everything was ok. Shame on her for trusting them blindly. We tried talking to them and they showed their true colors, they were rude disrespectful and now we are an interruption to them, they we really showed who they are. I ASKED WHO OWNS THE DEALERSHIP OR WHAT IS THE CORPORATE NUMBER AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO SHARE THE INFORMATION WITH US they argued and raced their voice infusing instead of diffusing the situation. WE WILL FIND IUT SOMEHOW AND SHARED WHAT HAPPENED TO US. I know this sounds like a cliche but if we could give them zero stars or less we would, we will talk to the BBB and use and share on all platforms how horrible ARROWHEAD HONDA.
